Groundbreaking Ceremony Significance
Bhoomi Puja is a ritual performed in the honor of Goddess Bhoomi and Vastu Purush (deity of direction). Bhoomi means mother earth. This pooja ritual is believed to eradicate the ill effects and vastu doshas in the land and pave the way for a smoother construction.
The sacred corner of the construction site, the north-east corner, is where Bhoomi Puja is performed. The site excavation should begin in the north-east corner of the land to ensure that the north-east part of the site is always lower than the rest of the site. This allows morning bright light into the entire site.
Please join us in this auspicious beginning and be part of building your temple!
